NGL App Delays in Question Delivery and Functionality Issues

I’ve been using the NGL app, but the delays in receiving questions are frustrating. It takes 24 hours for the questions to appear, and even then, only a few are visible. For instance, out of 50 questions sent, only 5 show up promptly, while the rest take much longer or don’t appear at all.

This problem occurs consistently and disrupts the app’s intended purpose. NGL needs to address these issues immediately and improve its performance. A platform like this should function seamlessly without such delays. I urge the developers to fix this recurring error to ensure a smoother user experience. Until these problems are resolved, it’s hard to trust the app’s reliability.
