NGL Subscription Doesn’t Show Message Senders, No Customer Support

I purchased a subscription on the NGL app, expecting to see who sent the messages, but it doesn’t provide this information. I emailed their support team twice through Gmail, but I haven’t received any response. Is this how the service is supposed to work—ignoring customers?

If NGL doesn’t provide a refund or resolve this issue promptly, I will escalate the matter legally and involve my lawyer. It’s frustrating to pay for a feature that doesn’t deliver as promised, and the lack of customer support only makes it worse. I urge NGL to take action, address my concern, and refund my money immediately. Customers deserve better service and accountability from this platform.
