I have been using the NGL app to share anonymous message links. About 3–4 days ago, I removed the link I had previously shared, but I am still receiving new questions. It is frustrating that even after removing the link, the system continues to allow others to send me messages. I expected that deleting the link would completely stop any further questions, yet nothing has changed.
In addition, I upgraded to Premium specifically because the app promised that I would be able to see who asked the questions. However, despite paying for Premium, this feature does not work at all. I still cannot identify who is sending the messages, which makes the upgrade pointless and misleading.
I paid for a service that was advertised but never delivered. Not only is the link removal feature unreliable, but the Premium subscription also fails to fulfill its core promise.
I am requesting that NGL:
Fix the link removal system so users stop receiving messages after deleting links.
Enable the Premium feature as advertised, allowing me to see the identities of question senders.
If these cannot be resolved, I expect a full refund for my Premium purchase.
Customers should not have to deal with misleading features or pay for functionality that never works. I urge NGL to address this issue quickly and restore trust in the platform.
