I Face Missing Questions and Fake AI Replies on NGL App

I use the NGL app, but it doesn’t work as promised. When people send me questions, many of them don’t show up in the app. Instead, I get fake AI answers that make no sense. For example, even if only 5 people view my story, the app shows 10 random answers, which is clearly not real.

I also paid for the Premium “Who sent this?” feature, but it never reveals the sender’s identity. I spent money expecting real results, but the feature doesn’t deliver.

I want NGL to fix the system so questions appear correctly, stop sending fake AI answers, and make Premium work as advertised. If not, I expect a refund for the service I paid for.
