NGL Link Charged but Didn’t Reveal Sender! I Want a Refund

I purchased the NGL Link feature that promised to show who sent anonymous messages for ₺68. However, after making the payment, I didn’t receive the information I paid for—it still didn’t reveal the sender’s identity!

This is misleading and deceptive, and I feel completely scammed. If the feature doesn’t work as advertised, why is NGL charging users for it? I demand an immediate refund, or I will be forced to take legal action. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If this is a scam, it needs to be reported. NGL, fix this now and refund my money! Stop charging people for a feature that doesn’t actually work!
