Hello there, I got a pair of boots for my daughter from Next (Nextdirect.com), a company based overseas. They were unable to ship the product for approximately 2.5 months. Right after I bought it, the price went up on the website, and I got a message saying the item in my cart was no longer available. I reached out to customer service every couple of weeks to talk about the situation, and they promised to fix the problem quickly. But after 2.5 months, I still haven't gotten any solution. At last, I was told that the product couldn't be found, and my order had to be canceled. I'm really upset with the company because they didn't keep their promises and then changed the prices. I'm not going to shop with them anymore.
