Hypnozio Unauthorized Subscription Charge on Credit Card
In January, I purchased a service through Hypnozio.com and paid $30 for the transaction. At the time, I believed this was a one-time purchase, and I do not recall receiving any clear or explicit notification that the service was a subscription. I also never used the service after purchasing it.
However, in February, another charge of $40 was taken from my credit card without my knowledge or approval. After noticing this charge, I canceled my subscription through the system on February 10. I have a record for my original purchase with the reference number #hyp-20260112-101219.
Since the service was never used and the subscription terms were not clearly disclosed, I request a refund of both the $40 charged in February and the fee for the unused service. I also request that all subscriptions linked to my account be permanently canceled.
