Letoon Boots Return Delayed By Hepsijet

I sent the Letoon lace-up boots I purchased from Hepsiburada back with Hepsijet Cargo on 20.11.2025 for a return/exchange because the size did not fit. However, as of 26.11.2025, the product still has not reached the seller and my return process has not progressed. Despite the route is one day apart, I am extremely frustrated that the shipment has not been delivered for six days. My order number is 4534838254, and I have been left victimized by both Hepsiburada and Hepsijet during this process. Although I am a Hepsiburada Premium customer and pay regularly every month, I have not received either fast shipping or a smooth return experience. I have contacted Hepsiburada customer service at least five times, and every representative told me they were “marking the request as urgent,” yet no concrete progress has been made and I have not received any clear or positive response. I request that my return process be completed as soon as possible and that my refund be issued, and I also expect both Hepsijet Cargo and Hepsiburada to conduct a proper investigation into this delay and take necessary measures to prevent similar issues in the future.
