I made a purchase from Next (Nextdirect.com), and at no point in the ordering procedure did I see any indication that there would be additional fees or customs duties associated with the purchase. It was not possible for me to cancel my order because I received a notification regarding the customs duty charges after the things had already been dispatched. Whenever a consumer places an order, they should be provided with comprehensive information regarding all costs. In all honesty, this is a dishonest business approach that is designed to deceive customers. When I do not receive an answer, I will take the case to the court for further investigation.
