I purchased a pair of Skechers boots for my son from Netba Store, expecting quality and durability. However, within just 2.5 months, both boots tore in the exact same spot on the outer sides. This is completely unacceptable for a brand like Skechers, especially considering that we haven’t even experienced a full winter season yet.
When I sent the boots to the company for evaluation, I received a rejection without any real explanation. How is this my fault? A premium brand like Skechers should not dismiss a clear quality issue.
The store initially claimed the boots came with a 6-month warranty, but now they refuse to take responsibility. I even asked whether they sell authentic products, and they assured me with documentation—yet now, I am left with a defective pair of boots and no resolution.
Skechers and Netba Store, stand behind your products! I demand a proper solution—either a repair, replacement, or a refund. Ignoring this issue is not acceptable!
