I purchased North Face boots two years ago for ₺7500, but I’ve been utterly disappointed with their quality and service. I used the boots for just 1.5 months in the first season and wore them twice the next year. On the third attempt, the laces completely broke, as shown in the attached photo.
Even if this is considered a quality or user issue, I was willing to pay for new laces. However, neither the store where I bought the boots nor North Face themselves carry replacement laces. I was told to “find a makeshift solution or discard the boots.” It’s outrageous to throw away expensive boots due to a lack of basic support. I request a resolution from North Face immediately!
