eFootball Mobile Reward Ads Not Working — Error Code 2147483647

For several months, I have not been able to watch the reward ads in eFootball Mobile. Every time I try to open a reward ad, I receive the error message:

“Server connection timed out. Please try again later. Error code: 2147483647.”

This message appears every time I attempt to watch an ad, and the ads never load.

Because of this problem, I cannot benefit from the in-game rewards, and it is negatively affecting my overall gaming experience. I also submitted a support request through the app, but I have not received any response.

I request that the issue related to this error code be investigated, that the reward ads be fixed so they can be watched without errors, and that the rewards I missed due to this issue be compensated.
