I purchased a pair of New Balance 9060 sneakers from Sneaks Up at Capacity Mall on November 10, 2024. I used the shoes for only a month, primarily driving to work and rotating them with other pairs. Despite this light use, I noticed a hole on the inside of the right shoe.
I took the defective pair to the store for inspection, hoping for a resolution. After 10 days, I was told the issue was "user-related" and that a return or replacement was not possible. This is unacceptable, as the shoes cost ₺8,750 and the damage is clearly not my fault. How could I cause a hole in the inner part of the shoe?
I request a full refund or replacement for this defective product. I have provided photos for proof and urge you to address this issue promptly.
