On 16.06.2025, I purchased a pair of white mesh New Balance sneakers from Sneaks Up Forum Istanbul Bayrampaşa store for ₺5,899. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told not to wash the shoes in a machine and to clean them only with the sponge and foam provided. I followed these instructions carefully and wore the shoes only for daily casual use, with no heavy activity or alternative cleaning methods.
Despite this, after just 1.5 months, I noticed that the mesh sections on both the right and left shoes, near the little toe area, have already torn. This kind of defect in such a short period is unacceptable, especially considering the premium price and the reputation of New Balance. I have worn New Balance shoes for years, and this is the first time I have faced such an issue.
I still have the purchase receipt, and I will be visiting the store, but I also want to formally report this problem. I am requesting a replacement pair, preferably in a different color, under warranty. I expect a quick and fair resolution, as customers should not experience such quality issues in such a short usage period.
