New Balance 9060 Fell Apart on First Wear and Refuses to Offer a Return or Exchange
Hello, I bought the New Balance 9060 model from the New Balance store in Roermond, Netherlands, on 23.01.2025. The product arrived in Turkey on 03.02.2025, and during the first wear, the end parts on both sides came apart, as shown in the video. Since I submitted the receipt for tax-free processing, I cannot claim a return. If someone asks me which is the highest-quality shoe brand I have seen, I would say I will never buy New Balance again. I am writing this complaint to warn you, dear consumers, never to purchase from them. I have never left a comment on a product without fully using it, but this one truly disappointed me. It is far from wearable, with a lifespan of just one day. I am not expecting a resolution since very few companies today handle exchanges or returns properly. All I expect from the company is an apology.

First of all, thank you for responding. However, as I mentioned in the message, I do not have a request for a refund or exchange. I made this complaint to show companies their quality policies and to demonstrate to people that products produced are of poor quality but presented under a brand image, and that they should not be trusted. I have no expectations from you or the Dutch store I mentioned. Let people see and decide on the quality themselves. And let them see the scenario that might happen to them.
