In September 2024, I bought a pair of New Balance 9060 sneakers (size 31.5) for my daughter from the Marmara Park New Balance store, expecting durability and premium quality. Unfortunately, we experienced significant wear on the inner lining in a short period—something I’ve never seen before in any shoes we've used. And we've used many top-tier brands over the years.
Hoping for a solution, I returned the shoes via the same store for inspection, but the request was rejected without proper justification. To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to contact customer service multiple times during business hours, and all I hear is a repeated message saying they're “outside of working hours.” I can’t reach a single human being to discuss the issue.
I strongly object to this being dismissed as user error. We bought these shoes specifically because we trusted New Balance's quality. Clearly, there’s a manufacturing flaw, and yet no one is willing to take responsibility or even speak with us about it.
The shoes and invoice are still with the store, so I can’t upload photos at the moment, but I’m urgently requesting support. New Balance needs to step up and take customer concerns seriously. We’re not asking for anything unreasonable—just fair treatment for a faulty product.
