On August 3, 2025, we purchased the New Balance 9060 model shoes at a discount from the official New Balance store in Ankara Kentpark. In less than a month, the shoes began to show damage and slight tearing along the inner insole edges. We took the product back to the store for inspection, but our request for an exchange was rejected on the grounds of user error.
We believe the product we purchased was brand new and under warranty, yet we were never provided with any further explanation. This was our first time choosing the New Balance brand, and encountering such an issue has left us very disappointed. We request that the shoes be considered defective merchandise and replaced with a fault-free product. I can provide the invoice or order number to the authorized personnel if needed.
