My spouse purchased a pair of New Balance 009 Lifestyle shoes for me through online shopping. After just one month of occasional use, the front part of the shoes started to peel off. I emailed the company about this issue, but I have yet to receive a response.
It is extremely disappointing that such a well-known brand's product would show this kind of defect in such a short time. A pair of shoes should not deteriorate this quickly under light use, and this is clearly a quality issue.
I urge New Balance to respond to my complaint and provide a replacement or a refund immediately. Ignoring customers will only damage the brand’s reputation further.
