I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes from their official website, and in less than a year, the inner heel lining tore, and the color noticeably faded. I sent the shoes for inspection, but they were returned to me in the exact same condition with a claim rejection, citing "user error."
I find this unacceptable as I only wore the shoes twice a week and handled them carefully when putting them on and taking them off. It is clear that no thorough inspection was performed before returning the shoes.
This experience has completely shaken my trust in the brand. I request a proper re-evaluation and resolution for this issue. A trusted company should prioritize customer satisfaction.
