I Face Tearing Issue with New Balance Shoes After Only 6 Months of Use

I purchased a pair of New Balance sneakers less than 6 months ago, and shockingly, the shoes have already started tearing along the upper side panels, to the point where they now expose the inside. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the high price I paid for what was supposed to be a durable and premium product.

A shoe from a brand like New Balance should not become unusable in such a short period of time. I expected long-lasting quality, yet after only half a year of regular use, the material has failed completely. I have requested detailed information about the process and I am demanding a product exchange because this clearly indicates a defect in workmanship or material.

For a pair of sneakers sold at such a price, this level of performance is not acceptable. I urge New Balance to take responsibility, stand behind their warranty, and resolve this issue immediately by providing either a replacement or a full refund.
