I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes directly from the brand’s official website, expecting high quality and durability. However, despite only wearing them indoors at school, the inner lining and fabric deteriorated within a very short time.
I sent the shoes in for inspection, assuming the company would stand behind its products. Instead, they returned them without any notification or explanation. If I hadn't called customer service, I wouldn’t have even known the result. When I finally reached them, I received no clear or satisfying reason as to why my claim was denied.
