I Face Mesh Tearing on My New Balance 530 Shoes After 4 Months of Light Use

I bought a pair of New Balance 530 sneakers from the Marmara Park store just four months ago, and I’m shocked by the quality. Despite wearing them with care, the mesh sections have already torn. I paid ₺6000 expecting durability and premium performance, yet the shoes didn’t even last a season.
I sent the shoes in for inspection, thinking the brand would stand behind its product. But instead of taking responsibility, they claimed there was no manufacturer defect and sent them back without offering any resolution. If it’s not their fault, then whose is it? I’ve used countless other sneakers in the same way and never had this issue.
This is unacceptable for a brand like New Balance. I demand a full explanation and proper compensation — either a replacement or a refund. Don’t leave your customers alone with defective products.
