I Experienced Fabric Wear in My New Balance 530 After Just 3 Months of Use

I purchased a pair of New Balance 530 sneakers back in March, and now—only three months later—I’m already seeing noticeable fabric wear on the inner side of the shoes. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering the brand's reputation for durability and quality. I’ve worn many shoes from various brands under similar or even harsher conditions and never had this kind of issue in such a short time.
I use my shoes regularly but reasonably, and I expected these to hold up much longer. I feel let down by the brand’s quality assurance. The early wear suggests poor materials or flawed stitching in the design. When I choose to pay more for a premium label like New Balance, I expect better longevity and workmanship.
I urge New Balance to take this complaint seriously and offer a solution, whether it’s a replacement or refund. I chose this brand based on trust in its name—but this experience has left me questioning that completely.
