I Noticed Mesh Tearing on My New Balance 530 Just 2 Months After Purchase

I bought a pair of New Balance 530 sneakers from SuperStep just 4 months ago, and I’ve already noticed serious quality issues. The mesh on the right shoe is torn on both the inner and outer sides, and I haven’t even used the shoes extensively. It’s clearly not due to wear and tear — especially since I didn’t wear them much during the winter months. How can a sneaker develop dual-sided mesh tears within just 2 months of limited use?

This is unacceptable, especially from a globally respected brand like New Balance. I firmly believe this is a manufacturing defect, not a usage issue. I paid a premium expecting durability and comfort, not a product that falls apart after minimal wear.

New Balance, I’m asking you to take responsibility for this defect and either replace the shoes or issue a refund immediately. Consumers deserve better quality and accountability, especially when we trust your brand and invest our money in it. Please respond promptly and resolve this issue without delay.
