I bought my New Balance 530 sneakers in November, hoping to invest in long-lasting quality. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. Despite not wearing them during the winter months, the mesh sections have already started tearing — and it hasn’t even been a full year. I knew the mesh material felt thin from the beginning, but I never expected it to fall apart this quickly with such limited use.
As a student, every ₺ I spend matters. I chose New Balance thinking I was paying for quality, but now I feel completely let down. It’s incredibly upsetting to see expensive shoes wear out like this in such a short time.
I sincerely ask the brand to take responsibility and offer a solution. Whether through a refund or replacement, I expect this issue to be addressed fairly. Please don’t ignore the disappointment of loyal customers who trusted your name.
