• Confirm the cancellation: Log into your Nebula account → Profile → Subscriptions, and take a screenshot showing that the subscription is canceled.

• Check your payment method: If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play, go to Settings → Subscriptions on your device and make sure auto-renewal is turned off there as well.

• Submit a formal claim: Write to [email protected] with the subject Charges after cancellation – Refund request. Attach the screenshot showing the cancellation and proof of the unauthorized charge.
