Nebula Horoscope Subscription Cancellation and $49.99 Refund Request

On 21/10/2026 an amount of 49.99 USD was deducted from my bank card (last four digits 5207, issued by karaokeBank in Korea) for an automatic subscription renewal for the “Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology” application via your website. I did not knowingly or actively register for the automatic renewal and I did not give clear, explicit consent for this recurring payment. For this reason, I consider the charge of 49.99 USD to be unauthorized. I request that the full amount of 49.99 USD be refunded to my bank card as soon as possible and that any automatic renewal or subscription associated with my email and card details be fully cancelled so that no further charges are made.
