Unexpected Nebula Charges To My Account
I am writing regarding an unexpected charge of £49.99 that Nebula took from my account after a free trial ended on 4th June. I started using Nebula on a free trial and did not expect to be charged £49.99 afterwards. Once I noticed the payment, I contacted your customer support, but so far I have not received any response to my enquiry. I request a full refund of the £49.99 that was charged after the free trial, and I also ask that any associated subscription be cancelled if it is active, so that I am not charged again in the future.
