Nebula Astrology Made an Unauthorized Subscription Charge
About a week ago, I made a $1 purchase through the Nebula Astrology Instagram page, and the payment was processed without any issues. After that transaction, I did not actively use the service again, nor did I make any additional purchases or authorize any subscription or recurring payment.
Today, on June 9, 2026, at 6:44 a.m., I discovered that $44 had been charged to my account without my knowledge or permission. This transaction was completely unauthorized. I never received any notification, approval request, email, SMS, or other warning before the charge was processed, and I do not accept money being withdrawn from my account without my explicit consent.
I request that my Nebula Astrology membership be canceled immediately, that all recurring payments and any subscriptions associated with my account be permanently terminated, and that the unauthorized $44 charged to my Akbank debit card be refunded to my account in full without any deductions or delay.
