Nebula: Horoscope SCAM ALERT, Charges You Even When You Don't Subscribe

I purchased a $1.00 reading through the Nebula App Subscription with the clear information that I would have 7 days to cancel. Despite this, I was charged multiple times and amounts that I did not consent to. Instead of the $1.00 trial, $5.00 was taken from my account on 02/04/2026. Afterwards, I was charged $49.99 on 02/11/2026 and again another $49.99 on 03/07/2026, even though I did not use the subscription after the first time. I tried to cancel by calling the phone number shown with the payment details. The payment information indicated that the money was going to a location in Delaware, but when I called, the number appeared as an Alabama number. In addition, I was contacted by my bank card’s fraud department asking if I had authorized these $49.99 charges. The same amount of $49.99 was taken again, even though I now have a new card. Google Pay does not show any active Nebula subscription for me, so I do not understand how Nebula is still pulling money from my account. I contacted Nebula’s support a couple of days after the first $49.99 charge and again today, but I have not received any response. I request that my subscription, if any exists, be immediately cancelled and that I receive a full refund of all unauthorized or incorrect charges, including the $5.00 taken instead of the promised $1.00 trial and both $49.99 charges. I also expect written confirmation that no further withdrawals will be made from my account.
