Nebula Astrology Subscription Charged Me Unexpectedly
About a week ago, I made a $1 purchase through the Nebula Astrology Instagram page using my g********@hotmail.com** email address. The payment was processed successfully. After that initial purchase, I did not actively use the service, make any additional purchases, or authorize any subscription or recurring payment.
Today, on June 10, 2026, I discovered that multiple unauthorized charges totaling $44 had been made to my Akbank debit card ending in 6723 without my knowledge or consent. I noticed these unauthorized transactions when I checked my account at around 5:00 a.m. on June 11. I never received any notification, approval request, SMS, or warning before these charges were processed, and I do not accept money being taken from my account without my explicit authorization.
I request that my Nebula Astrology membership be canceled immediately and that all recurring payments and any subscriptions associated with my account be permanently terminated. I also demand a full refund of the $44 that was withdrawn from my Akbank debit card without my knowledge or permission, with no deductions or delays.
