I've been eagerly anticipating the refund from N11.com for the product I returned. Is it possible that they are keeping their customers' refund money for their own use??? I've been trying to reach them for a while now, and they keep assuring me that they will respond soon, but the delay continues. Consider carefully before making a purchase at this store; I highly recommend avoiding it. I suggest exploring other online retailers for your purchases. Their customer service continuously leads customers on with invalid excuses, failing to offer a resolution. This is unacceptable.
