N11 Seller Rejected My Return but Didn’t Send the Product Back or Provide a Solution
I attempted to return a product I bought from N11, but the seller refused the return, and I never received the product back. I have been waiting for a solution ever since. When I reach out to the seller, they send me to N11's customer service, but then N11's customer service tells me to contact the seller again. It’s really annoying to be in the dark about who to hold accountable or what steps to take next. I was taken aback by how complicated my shopping experience was with N11. I need help with my order number 203471395936 as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Having clear communication and accountability from everyone involved would significantly simplify the process. I hope this gets sorted out quickly, as the ongoing situation has been quite a hassle.
