N11 Did Not Refund Me After I Paid Off My Shopping Loan Myself
On February 13, 2025, at 2:15:37 AM, I purchased a product from N11 using a shopping loan through Yapı Kredi Bank. I canceled my purchase on the same day at 9:34 AM. Fearing that interest would be charged if the refund process took too long, I deposited money into my bank account and paid off the shopping loan myself (see 1-Hesap_Hareketleri.png). Despite numerous messages and calls, N11 first indicated that they were having issues refunding my money. I told them that since I had already paid off the loan myself, they should refund me in a way that I could withdraw with my T.C. ID number. This time, they claimed that the money hadn’t reached them and that they wouldn’t issue a refund. In short, the bank says they sent the money (I have the receipt), but N11 says they didn’t receive it. I’ve been chasing N11 for about a month and a half now, and I’m exhausted. Despite leaving a note asking their accounting department to call me, I couldn’t get past customer service. I’m tired of explaining the same situation to everyone I speak to and just hearing, “We’re aware of your situation…”
