N11 Did Not Process My Refund for the Faulty Poco X7 I Returned

I bought a Poco X7 from N11 on January 20, and unfortunately, the product was defective. I sent it back right away, but my refund hasn’t been processed yet. I have encountered this issue with N11 before, and it's frustrating to have to deal with it once more. Their lack of support for the products sold on their platform leaves customers frustrated and caught in a cycle of delays and justifications. I've been attempting to secure my refund for several days now, but the customer service has been quite unhelpful, merely repeating the same scripted replies without addressing the issue at hand. I anticipated a more seamless resolution, yet here I am, waiting without an end in sight. I’m starting to feel uncertain about N11’s capability to manage returns effectively.

They definitely did not care, N11 is victimizing the consumer.
