N11 Is Not Refunding My Money - Ignores My Calls and Messages

N11 is not refunding my money and does not even call to provide an explanation. When I call them, they hang up on me without giving any information. What kind of sales strategy is this? They are there when selling the product, but when you ask for a refund, they disappear. I have sent multiple emails and messages, but they either go unanswered or I receive generic responses that do not solve anything. It is unacceptable for a company of this size to treat customers this way. I am filing a complaint! This site is careless and unreliable—I strongly advise against shopping here.
