I purchased my order from N11 through GetirAlışveriş, even though it was significantly more expensive than similar options, because they had an agreement with Sürat Kargo. However, the seller shipped the order via PTT Kargo without my consent instead of the declared Sürat Kargo. As seen in the images, PTT Kargo's estimated delivery date is eight days later. I specifically chose this store despite the higher price to receive my order sooner. My return request was denied, and I was told I must first receive the package, send it back, and then wait up to three days for a refund approval. This means a total loss of 20 days. I demand compensation for my loss and inconvenience caused by this improper practice.
