N11 Refused to Refund My Coupon for a Media Markt Product That Was Never Delivered
On August 15, I purchased 2 pieces of Karaca and 1 piece of Media Markt Turkey from N11 with a corporate coupon (not a discount coupon, but a paid coupon). While Karaca products were arriving, the product I bought from Media Markt Turkey was delayed on August 20th. As of September 5, the product has still not been delivered and no information is given about when it will be delivered. When I wanted to return my product, I was told that I could return the product since I shopped with a coupon and the other products were delivered, but the coupon amount would not be refunded to me. In other words, N11 company does not refund the money for the product it did not deliver. I request that the product purchase be canceled and the coupon equal to the product amount be assigned to me again or the amount be refunded to me in cash.
