N11 Canceled My Order Without Explanation After Letting Me Use a Coupon
The N11 store canceled the product I purchased within 2 hours without providing any explanation. I had bought the product using a coupon they had assigned to me. If they didn’t plan to honor the order, why did they let me complete the purchase in the first place? This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time and trust. They have made a habit of misleading and victimizing customers. For me, N11 is finished. Either they send the product to the address I provided or I will share this issue on social media. I expect accountability from a company of this scale, not random cancellations. Be cautious with N11; they may deceive you under the guise of a coupon during your shopping experience.
