N11 Sent Me Low Quality Towels - Rejected My Return Request From Doorstep
I ordered towels that were on sale instantly from the N11 website. I was shocked when the product arrived. They sent me ...a very low quality product that was different from the picture in the ad. I created a return request to be picked up from my door, they did not pick it up on the date they stated.
