N11 DeFacto Puffer Jacket Order Canceled After 8 Days Without Shipping

I ordered a puffer jacket from the N11 DeFacto store with order number 202357329834. Initially, my order was confirmed, but the store failed to ship it for 8 days. During this time, I contacted them to ask why the item hadn’t been shipped, and I received the same generic response twice:

"Your order is in the preparation stage due to a system issue. It will be shipped as soon as possible, and you will be notified. Delivery will occur within the estimated timeframe, depending on workload or road conditions."

After this prolonged wait, the store canceled my order and initiated a refund process without further explanation. It feels like a deliberate tactic—attracting customers with promotions only to cancel orders later. This is disrespectful and unacceptable. I demand an explanation and a solution for this issue. Stop wasting customers' time with false promises!
