On 13.08.2025, I purchased a Pegasus Airlines ticket via tr.mytrip.com for the flight from Nürnberg to Sabiha Gökçen Airport on 25.11.2025 at 14:00. My order number is 1086-074-753 and my PNR code is 148WHQ. The total cost was 3.369,04₺.
Due to a change in travel plans, I canceled the ticket only 6 hours after purchase, well within the first 24 hours. I canceled it directly on Pegasus’s website, and the airline confirmed that the full refund had already been processed on their end without deductions. However, the amount I paid through Mytrip has still not been refunded to me.
This delay is unacceptable, especially when the airline itself has fulfilled its responsibility. I demand that Mytrip immediately refund the full 3.369,04₺ to my account without any further excuses or delays. As a customer, I expect transparency, efficiency, and respect for consumer rights.
