I purchased the Mustela SPF 50+ sunscreen stick from a licensed pharmacy just a short time ago, paying hundreds of ₺ for what I believed to be a reliable product. Unfortunately, after only two uses, the stick mechanism stopped working completely, making the sunscreen unusable.

Initially, I chose Mustela for its reputation and because the product seemed practical and effective. But what is the use of a product if you cannot apply it properly? After experiencing this problem, I searched online and was shocked to see how many others have reported the exact same issue.

This recurring defect suggests a serious manufacturing flaw that Mustela has failed to address, despite so many similar complaints. I feel disappointed and frustrated that such an expensive product causes this much trouble and financial loss.

I request a full product replacement or a refund as soon as possible and expect Mustela to improve the product's quality control immediately.
