I Face Mechanism Failure on Mustela SPF50 Sun Stick After One Month of Use


I purchased the Mustela SPF 50+ sunscreen stick from a pharmacy recently, paying a high price for what I believed would be a safe product for my family. Unfortunately, from the very first use, the stick’s mechanism was broken. No matter how many times I tried turning it in either direction, the product did not come out.
I have not been able to use the product at all. After experiencing this issue, I checked online and was surprised to see many other users reporting the exact same mechanical failure. I cannot understand how Mustela still allows such a defective product to be sold without resolving the design flaw.
Due to travel and time constraints, I am unable to revisit the pharmacy to resolve this issue. I am requesting a replacement product to be sent to me directly, as I have paid for a product that I could never use.
