About three months ago, I purchased the Mustela SPF 50 Sun Stick from a local pharmacy. After just a few uses, the product's twist-up mechanism stopped working entirely. It no longer rotates, which makes it impossible to access or apply the sunscreen — the product is stuck inside the tube.
I paid ₺900 for this sun stick, expecting a high-quality item from a trusted brand, especially at that price point. Now, when I need it the most during the summer, I’m left without a functioning sunscreen. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to pay this much and not even be able to use what I bought.
I’ve attached a photo of the defective product for reference. I kindly ask that Mustela replace the item or issue a refund. A premium skincare brand should stand behind its products and ensure basic functionality. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible — customers shouldn’t be left stranded with unusable items.
