I Face Service Access Cut After Paying 1-Month Subscription to Muslima Wear

I paid ₺189.99 for a 1-month subscription to MuslimaWear.com. The service was activated, but to my shock, it was shut down the very next day without any explanation or warning. I had used their system before without such problems, so I did not expect this.

I immediately checked my account and sent multiple emails to their support team, but I have not received a single reply. There has been no update, no reason given, and no timeline for restoring my access. This is unacceptable, especially since I paid for a full month and only got 1 day of service.

I am requesting Muslima Wear to either immediately restore my account access for the full paid period or refund my ₺189.99 in full. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to file an official complaint.
