I Face Delayed Refund from Muslima Wear After Order Cancellation
On April 8, 2025, I placed an order with Muslima Wear Clothing. Before the order was even shipped, I decided to cancel it. I was told that my refund would be processed within 3 days. However, days have passed and the money has still not been returned to my account.
Since then, I have contacted the company multiple times, but they keep giving the same vague response: “We are handling it.” Despite these repeated assurances, nothing has actually been resolved, and no payment has been made. This ongoing delay feels like I am simply being stalled without any real intention to complete the refund.
I request Muslima Wear to process my refund immediately and provide written confirmation once it is completed. A company should not keep customers waiting this long for money that rightfully belongs to them.
