I Face Refund Delay from Muslima Wear After Order Cancellation in February 2023

In February 2023, I placed an order with Muslima Wear but decided to cancel it before the product was even shipped. Despite the cancellation, my refund has still not been processed to this day. I have repeatedly contacted the company through their provided phone number, but each time I am told that they are “handling it” without any real progress or confirmation.

It has now been many months with no resolution, no payment, and no clear timeline. This is unacceptable customer service, especially when the order was never dispatched, meaning the refund process should have been straightforward.

I demand that Muslima Wear immediately process my refund in full and confirm the completion of the transaction without any further delays.
