Snapchat Account Access Problem - Unhelpful Support Team

I was using Snapchat with the username “asude199***” and my account was registered only with my phone number. On 27 February, I started to receive multiple verification codes on my phone one after another, and shortly after that I noticed that I had been logged out of my account automatically. When I tried to log back in with the password saved on my phone, I received an error and could not access my account. I then tried to reset my password, but even though I followed all the instructions correctly, the system kept giving errors and never sent a verification code via SMS. When I tried through my computer, this time it asked for a two‑factor authentication code, even though I have never enabled two‑factor authentication myself. This clearly shows that my password was changed without my permission and two‑factor authentication was activated on my account without my knowledge. There are many personal photos of mine in this account, and this situation creates a very serious security and privacy problem for me. Until this incident, I had never received any warning, suspension, or policy violation notice from Snapchat and was using my account in a completely normal way. My account appears to have been hijacked suddenly, and even though it is linked to my phone number, I cannot access it in any way. After the incident, I contacted Snapchat Support at least 5–6 times via support e‑mails. I wrote both in Turkish and English, shared my contact phone number, and clearly explained that I did not perform these actions and that my account was compromised. However, I have only received automatic, copy‑paste style responses. No verification link is sent, and there is no concrete information showing that a real review is being carried out. I cannot reach any human support or an authorized person, and I am unable to convey the seriousness of this security issue. This has seriously shaken my trust in Snapchat in terms of both security and user support. Since my account is already registered with my phone number, I request that my identity be verified via my phone number through SMS, phone call, or any similar simple method, and that my Snapchat account be restored to me.
