I Face Refund Delay from Muslima Wear After Wedding Order Was Not Delivered on Time

I placed an order with Muslima Wear well ahead of a wedding date, giving them more than enough time for production and delivery. Despite this, the product was not completed or shipped in time for the event. Since the order was no longer useful, I requested a full refund.

It has now been about a month, yet I have not received any meaningful update. The company has neither provided a clear timeline for the refund nor shown genuine effort to resolve the matter. Each time I reach out, I receive vague or no responses at all.

I expect Muslima Wear to process my refund immediately and inform me in writing when it has been completed. A brand selling to customers for special occasions should take responsibility and ensure timely refunds when they fail to deliver.
